In addition to an advisory role for Contact Fuel, Brad is the founder and CEO of BIGDBM, a data technology, and software development company, with massive high-quality BIGDATA. We are continuously designing and developing self-service software applications built on BIG Data, running in Cloud Infrastructure in highly secure environments, leveraging analytics, and yielding high profits and rapid growth.

Our technology strategy includes highly accurate and automated data processing, cloud infrastructure, MS Azure platform-as-a-service, Cloudera / Hadoop Data Management Platform, APIs, Marketing Automation Platform, Analytics, and Digital Marketing.

While there, he wrote two patents for self-service cloning applications using third-party consumer data and is currently writing a third patent for a B2B cloning/marketing application including data enhancement, predictive modeling, email and digital display advertising, and retargeting.

Lucian Mureșan is BIGDBM's Chief Technology Officer and the senior executive most responsible for turning the CEO's vision into scalable, working systems. He leads the company's technology direction across platform architecture, data infrastructure, cloud operations, and the engineering execution behind every core product initiative.

His role sits at the center of BIGDBM's growth, connecting strategy with delivery and ensuring the business can operate on secure, high-performance, privacy-first data systems. From large-scale processing pipelines to application architecture and analytics workflows, he drives the technical foundation the company depends on.

As the key technology leader directly after the CEO, Lucian helps shape not just how BIGDBM builds, but how it scales, innovates, and delivers enterprise-grade solutions with consistency, speed, and technical credibility.

Vali Macovei brings a CIO perspective centered on information strategy, operational resilience, and the disciplined use of big data across the business. He focuses on making sure the right data is available, governed, and aligned with the systems teams rely on every day.

His leadership connects infrastructure, security, and information management, helping BIGDBM turn data assets into reliable decision support for product, commercial, and customer-facing teams.

That role is especially important in a big-data environment, where scale only creates value when architecture, controls, and execution stay tightly coordinated.

Lesley Lempel brings a customer and commercial mindset shaped by relationship building, market positioning, and long-term growth. Her profile reflects a strong ability to connect client needs with clear value, turning complex capabilities into solutions customers can understand and adopt.

As Chief Customer Officer, she helps align onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion so BIGDBM's customer experience is consistent from first conversation through long-term partnership.
